Because every single item in our collection is custom manufactured and printed on demand exclusively for you when you order, we are unable to accept traditional returns or size exchanges for buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is entirely different from what you ordered, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

To report an issue, please contact our support team at Info@lux-clothing.net within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include clear photos of the item's damage or printing defect along with your order number so we can instantly fast-track a replacement order for you.

Wrong Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly submitted address or packages left unclaimed. If a package is returned to our facility due to an address error, the buyer will be responsible for any additional reshipment courier costs.
