We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. To keep your checkout experience entirely seamless and transparent, the delivery and handling fees are already completely baked into the listed price of every product. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at checkout—no hidden shipping fees or surprises.

⚙️ Fulfillment & Processing Time

Because every single garment in our collection is custom manufactured and printed on demand exclusively for you when you order, our fulfillment process takes a little extra care:

  • Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your items to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged before they leave our fulfillment facilities.

  • Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking tracking link the moment your package is handed off to the carrier.

🚚 Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been custom manufactured and shipped, standard delivery times within the United States generally range between 3 to 7 business days.

Please note: Total time from the moment you place your order to delivery at your doorstep is typically 5 to 12 business days.

📍 Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping details carefully during checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly submitted address, missing apartment/suite numbers, or packages left unclaimed with local postal couriers.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the buyer will be responsible for any additional reshipment courier costs required to mail the package a second time.

📨 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your tracking status shows your package was lost in transit, or if your items arrive damaged due to courier handling, please contact our support team immediately at info@lux-clothing.net. We will gladly review your order and fast-track a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you.
