RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items returned outside this window or in worn condition will not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email support@lux-clothing.net with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card provider.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@lux-clothing.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the original.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been worn or washed; items without original tags; items purchased during final sale promotions.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
