ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Orders are produced and shipped from within the United States. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each item is produced on demand specifically for your order, we cannot make changes or cancellations once the order is placed. Please double-check your size and address before confirming.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive an automated email with a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.

PRODUCTS & QUALITY

What printing method do you use?

All Lux pieces use premium sublimation printing. The design is fused directly into the fabric fibers, not printed on top. This means the print will never crack, peel, or fade — even after hundreds of washes.

What fabrics do you use?

Fabric varies by product. Details are listed on each individual product page. Generally: tops and outerwear use polyester-blend fabrics; activewear uses moisture-wicking performance fabric. All materials are selected for comfort, durability, and print quality.

How do I care for my Lux pieces?

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly on the print. Following these steps will keep your piece looking sharp for years.

I’m not sure about my size. What should I do?

Check our Size Guide for full measurements. When in doubt, size up. You can also email us at support@lux-clothing.net before ordering and we will advise.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. See our full Returns Policy for details.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Email us at support@lux-clothing.net with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
