WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. International shipping is not available at this time.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME
Every Lux item is made on demand. This means your order enters production after it is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your item is handed to the carrier.
DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete, not from the date of order placement. Total time from order to delivery is typically 9–19 business days.
TRACKING
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order, please contact us.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at support@lux-clothing.net and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. Address changes cannot be made after an order is placed.
